My Story and background work history is what drives my Land & Sea Business Dream...

For the last 8 years, I have owned & worked on many boats. As a boat owner then you already know boats always have issues, and mostly at the wrong time, ruining weekends & fishing trips, leaving us at the mercy of the Marine Shops with delays & huge open-ended 'trouble-shooting' price tags getting you back on the water. I was that man. Frustrated, impatient & right then decided to learn much more about proper maintenance of boat ownership & how to fix & repair the most common problems. I was offered a position in a well-known boat factory a few years ago & accepted. An amazing journey learning so very much building & assembling 35-40 foot custom boats from the mold, right to the water testing & shipping to the buyer.
I am a factory-trained Custom Boat Assembler & Certified in Certain areas of Marine Wiring with the National Marine Electronics Association & Certified as an NMEA 2000 Installer. I prefer to work on Smaller boats & Center Consoles, trailered from home, that 'weekend warriors' rely on for fun. 
Looking into a Center Console, seeing the all too familiar 'spaghetti' wires all over the place with no identification tags or order, is my favorite. Cleaning up wires back to neat cable-tied bundles. Replacing all connections with new marine-grade terminals heat-shrunk & protected onto new Blue Sea Fuse blocks for both positive & negative wiring is a good first step towards a more reliable boating season. Corrosion is a very common cause of many marine failures combing DC 12 volt current & salt water. Faulty or loose grounds play another major role as well. I am meticulously neat about the heat-shrinking & dielectric protectant grease for each connection. Troubleshooting a bad bilge pump or failed running or anchor lights , or perhaps a bad switch, can get you back to fun without the Marine Shop delays. Of course, there are times when the shop is the only remedy. Also very important is keeping Outboard Motors properly lubricated, always changing oil & lower unit grease at proper intervals, making ready for a new season without adding unnecessary wear & tear to the motor. Adding grease to all zirk fittings on the Motor & Trailer is a great preventive maintenance step as well. By the way....I was told by many who love me that my Business name might be confusing to some, but now here it is explained & why I chose the name.
If you saw my Gallery, and also alongside this story then you saw a picture of a small boat on the water with a lawn mower inside. I still laugh every time I tried to create a logo combining my two passions in life.. Landscaping & Marine Work, making my clients happy all the time. No exceptions.
Prior to my formal Marine Training, I was a Professional Landscaper working for others & running the crews. As a young boy, seriously, at age 5, I was always helping dad build homes with my hard hat and Bob The Builder Tool Belt & working alongside him in the yard doing all the landscaping, planting flowers, digging holes, adding mulch, working sometimes all day outside with him, learning so much being so young. If you visit my Landscape Gallery, you will see my little picture in front of one of our flower beds that were always filled with the color & splendor of magical plants & blooms. Dad taught me so much. I grew up helping outside on all projects at dad's side most of the time.
I wanted to grow a business from a solid foundation of referrals, where there is no better way than being asked by friends of friends to come to their homes. I love doing total makeovers & restorations on overgrown properties, trimming every small tree & elevating Palm trees, eliminating all the overgrowth & leaving the property in a much better appearance. I am truly skilled at property cleanup, sculpting bushes & hedges & restorations, including plantings & mulch for new flower beds or refreshing existing ones..
 
I kept telling my father, who is my best friend & life coach, that I wanted to launch, build & grow my own business combining two of my true passions... Landscape Manicuring & Restoration combined with my boat owner's experience & formal training to help many clients with their property maintenance as well as some common small boat problems & issues. What I cannot do myself, as time permits, then I will do my best to connect you with a proper, reliable resolution...hence the last word of my official Company name.........
